| From the 1st of Feb at 6 pm the Castle will be illuminated red to launch National Heart Month. In doing so it is supporting the British Heart Foundations campaign and being a part of Red for Heart to help raise funds to help fight the UK's biggest killer, heart and circulatory disease. |

| Caernarfon will host the 10th EGOR festival this year. Over 1000 player from around the globe have confirmed their attendance from the 10th to the 14th of June. Join in the fun and see the games at Y Morfa or watch the parade. |
